Athlete Evaluation
A structured look at tools, projection, and fit — written so a coach can act on it, not a generic write-up.
What we do
Pathways, notpromises.
RTS is a recruiting bridge: evaluation, distribution, and introductions between baseball athletes and the programs looking for them.
Profile Distribution
Your verified profile is placed with the programs and scouts who actually recruit your class and position.
Scout Network Access
Coaches and evaluators register once and search a pool of athletes who asked to be found.
Highlight Routing
We take the film you already have and get it in front of the right inboxes instead of a public feed.
College Matching
Level, region, academics, and roster need — we match athletes to programs that can actually use them.
Character & Academics
The next level is more than 60 times. We keep education, makeup, and long-term fit in the conversation.
Let's build the next step.
Athletes, submit a profile. Scouts, join the network. If you run a program and want a custom look, contact us directly.
