Raw Talent Scouting LLC (“RTS,” “we,” “us”) operates this site to connect baseball athletes with coaches, scouts, and programs. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit an athlete profile, scout registration, or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, contact information, school or organization, baseball measurables, film links, and any notes you write.

How we use it

Athlete information is used only to evaluate and share your profile with coaches, scouts, and programs for recruiting purposes. Scout information is used to verify your role and match you with relevant athletes. Contact messages are used to respond to you.

Minors

Many athletes we serve are under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review and approve your submission. We do not knowingly use a minor’s information for anything other than recruiting introductions they (or a guardian) requested.

Sharing

We share athlete profiles with registered scouts, coaches, and programs. We do not sell personal information. We may share information if required by law.

Retention and requests

You may email info@rawtalentscouting.com to access, correct, or request deletion of a submission we hold. We keep records only as long as needed for recruiting operations or legal requirements.
