People
Players first. Families, coaches, and scouts second only because the athlete is the reason any of this exists.
About RTS
More thanbaseball.
Raw Talent Scouting LLC is a Miami-based recruiting platform built to put overlooked baseball athletes in front of the people who can change their path.
Our story
Talent opens doors.
Too many difference-makers never get seen. Travel ball politics, geography, and the cost of the showcase circuit leave real talent on the table — and leave coaches guessing.
RTS was built to be the bridge: a serious, professional channel where athletes submit a true profile, and scouts, college coaches, and programs come looking for the next one. We are based in Miami, FL with a national eye.
The standard we hold
People. Purpose. Progress.
Purpose
Recognition should not depend on who you know or what showcase you can afford. We exist to close that gap.
Progress
From high school fields to the next level, we measure success by real opportunities — not empty promises.
Ready to get seen?
Athletes submit a profile. Scouts join the network. We do the connecting.
